visit a sick patient

Ibn Abbas reported: The Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, visited a sick Arab man and whenever the Prophet would visit a sick patient, he would say, “No harm will befall you; it is purification, if Allah wills.” So he said to the man, “No harm will befall you; it is purification, if Allah wills.” The man said, “Do you say it is purification? No, it is a fever which boils in the body of an old man and will lead him to the grave.” The Prophet said, “Then yes, if it is so.”

Envy consumes good deeds just

Anas ibn Malik reported: The Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, said, “Envy consumes good deeds just as the fire consumes wood; and charity extinguishes sinful deeds just as water extinguishes the fire; and prayer is the light of the believer, and fasting is his shield from the Hellfire.”

Bukhari Vol. 4 : No. 473

Narrated Abu Said Al-Khudri (Radi-Allahu 'anhu):

The Prophet (Sallallahu 'Alaihi Wa Sallam) said, "The people of Paradise
will look at the dwellers of the lofty mansions (i.e. a superior place in
Paradise) in the same way as one looks at a brilliant star far away in the
East or in the West on the horizon; all that is because of their
superiority over one another (in rewards)." On that the people said, "O
Allah's Apostle! Are these lofty mansions for the Prophets which nobody
else can reach? The Prophet (Sallallahu 'Alaihi Wa Sallam) replied, "No! By
Allah in whose Hands my life is, these are for the men who believed in
Allah and also believed in the Apostles."

“No vision can grasp Him

Ibn Umar reported: When the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, would stand for prayer, he would raise his hands until they reached his shoulders; then, he would declare the greatness of Allah. When he intended to bow in prayer, he would do likewise; and when he would arise from bowing, he would do likewise. However, he would not do so when he raised his head from prostration.

Know that if someone tells you one of three things he is a liar. Whoever tells you that Muhammad saw his Lord is a liar.” Then she recited the verse, “No vision can grasp Him, but His grasp is over all vision; and He is the Subtle, the Aware.” (6:103) and, “It is not fitting for a man that Allah should speak to him except by inspiration or from behind a veil.” (42:51) Aisha said further, “And whoever tells you that the Prophet knows what will happen tomorrow is a liar.” Then she recited the verse, “No soul can know what it will earn tomorrow.” (31:34) Aisha said further, “And whoever tells you that the Prophet concealed the revelation is a liar.” Then she recited the verse, “O Messenger, proclaim the message which has been sent to you from your Lord.” (5:67) Aisha said further, “However, the Prophet did see Gabriel twice in his natural form.”

The ink of the scholars

Narrated Abu Huraira (Radi-Allahu 'anhu):

Allah's Apostle (Sallallahu 'Alaihi Wa Sallam) said, "The (Hell) Fire
complained to its Lord saying, 'O my Lord! My different parts eat up each
other.' So, He allowed it to take two breaths, one in the winter and the
other in summer, and this is the reason for the severe heat and the bitter
cold you find (in weather)."

Bukhari Vol. 4 : No. 482

Narrated Abu Jamra Ad-Dabi (Radi-Allahu 'anhu):

I used to sit with Ibn 'Abbas in Makkah. Once I had a fever and he said (to
me), "Cool your fever with Zam-zam water, for Allah's Apostle (Sallallahu
'Alaihi Wa Sallam) said: 'It, (the Fever) is from the heat of the (Hell)
Fire; so, cool it with water (or Zam-zam water)."

Abu Dharr Al-Ghifari reported: The Messenger of Allah, peace be upon him, said, “Renouncing the worldly life does not meanforbidding what is lawful or squandering wealth; rather, renouncing the worldly life means not thinking that what you have in your hand is better than what is in the hand of Allah; and it means feeling that the reward for a calamity that befalls you is greater than that which the calamity makes you miss.”

ڈبے کے دودھ میں کیا کیا ملاوٹ ہوتی ہے۔؟

Bukhari

Narrated Ibn 'Abbas (Radi-Allahu 'anhu):

The Prophet (Sallallahu 'Alaihi Wa Sallam) said, "If anyone of you, when
having sexual relation with his wife, say: 'In the name of Allah. O Allah!
Protect us from Satan and prevent Satan from approaching our offspring you
are going to give us,' and if he begets a child (as a result of that
relation) Satan will not harm it."

Bukhari Vol. 4 : No. 493

Narrated 'Abdullah (Radi-Allahu 'anhu):

It was mentioned before the Prophet (Sallallahu 'Alaihi Wa Sallam) that
there was a man who slept the night till morning (after sunrise). The
Prophet (Sallallahu 'Alaihi Wa Sallam) said, "He is a man in whose ears (or
ear) Satan had urinated."

Bukhari Vol. 4 : No. 492

Narrated Abu Huraira (Radi-Allahu 'anhu):

Allah's Apostle (Sallallahu 'Alaihi Wa Sallam) said, "During your sleep,
Satan knots three knots at the back of the head of each of you, and he
breathes the following words at each knot, 'The night is, long, so keep on
sleeping,' If that person wakes up and celebrates the praises of Allah,
then one knot is undone, and when he performs ablution the second knot is
undone, and when he prays, all the knots are undone, and he gets up in the
morning lively and gay, otherwise he gets up dull and gloomy."

Bukhari Vol. 4 : No. 491

As-Suyuti reported: The judge Abu Sa’eed responded comprehensively in regard to a question about the school of Ash-Shafi’ee with four rules (qawa’id); first, certainty does not remove doubt. The basis of this is the saying of the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, “Verily, Satan comes to one of you while he is in prayer and he says to him: you have lost your ablution; so do let him not leave unless he hears a sound or finds an odor.” Second, hardship leads to ease, and the basis of this is the saying of the Exalted, “We have not placed upon you hardship in religion,” (22:78) and the saying of the Prophet, “I was sent with the upright, lenient religion.” Third, harm should be removed, and the basis of this is the saying of the Prophet, “There is no harming, nor harming others.” Fourth, customs are a basis of judgment, because of the saying of the Prophet, “What the Muslims view as good is regarded by Allah as good.” Thus, he ended his letter. Other scholars said that these four rules are the pillars of jurisprudence (fiqh) and the entirety of doctrine, and some of them added to it a fifth rule, which is that matters are according to their objectives (maqasid), because of the saying of the Prophet, “Deeds are according to intentions,” and he said, “Islam is built upon five pillars,” and likewise jurisprudence is based upon five rules.
